Project Manager

All incumbents must have:
- Independent and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication & reporting skills.
- Able to work in a team
- Willing to travel and overseas where required
- Required language(s): English
- Preferred language(s): Indonesia
- Full-Time Position only

Responsibilities:
- Manage one or more projects with full implementation phases
- Lead and manage a team of Consultants in meeting project deliverables
- Ensure delivery of project milestones on-time, on-budget
- Responsible for quality of deliverables, and customer satisfaction
- Work with other Project Managers to ensure delivery of corporate objectives and projects
- Work with Support Manager to meet customer service level
- Formulate and conform to project methodologies
- Propose and drive strategic activities and initiatives

Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science
- At least 3 years working experience in implementing ERP/ Business Solution systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, etc)
- At least 4 year in project management role leading a team of consultants
- Able to work in a team
- Actual industrial experiences in the following industries will be advantageous: Manufacturing, Retail, Shipping, Pharmaceutical

Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

- Reports to Project Manager
- Responsible for conducting Business Requirements Analysis, and providing business solutions to clients.
- Generate business requirement documents
- Perform systems testing user and acceptance tests
- Conduct application training for customers and internal staffs
- Work with project team members to meet project deliverables
- Responsible for quality of deliverables, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist Project Managers to formulate and conform to project methodologies
- Propose and drive strategic activities and initiatives

Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science
- At least 2 years if implementation experiences for ERP/Business Solution systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, etc).
- Able to work in a team
- Actual industrial experiences in the following industries will be advantageous: Manufacturing, Retail, Shipping, Pharmaceutica

Marketing Executive - Team Leader

Job Description:

- Reports to Regional Sales & Marketing Manager
- Actively plan and implement creative marketing ideas to build the market share and awareness of brands
- Establish strong relationships and rapport with the principals, partners and sales team
- Implement effective marketing strategies to optimize sales in the most cost effective way and ensure they are executed in line with desired standard and direction;
- Ensure that overall marketing targets are achieved
- Forecast sufficient marketing stocks and materials such as brochures, premiums and POS items
- Generate timely, accurate and regular business progress reports
- Some light travel can be expected
- Manage a team of tele-sales

Job Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies
- Preferably at least 2 - 3 years of Sales & Marketing experience in the software solution industry
- Bi-lingual communication (English & Bahasa) skill is a MUST with strong business writing skills
- Results-oriented, confident and possesses good interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Resourceful and creative
- Ability to take pressure and work in a fast-paced environment

Sales Manager/Account Manager

The Successful Applicant
You have at least 3 years of proven track record in sales and project experience in consultative selling. Ideally you will come from Enterprise solution industry. You are a strong team player and is able to work well in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines. To succeed in this role, you must be results driven, commercially savvy with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Min 3 years of enterprise application sales experience:
* ERP solution sales
* Supply Chain Management Solutions
* Manufacturing & Distribution processes & software
- Mid Range systems and peripherals
- Outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability, and people skills
- Good Track record in meeting and exceeding sales target
- Strong experience in developing opportunities, following leads, prospecting and producing sales
